I am a fifth year student of Software Engineering at the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. I am originally from Pine Island, NY.

I started working with computers when I was 8 and I helped make an HTML web site for my elementary school. I went on to make sites for other people and organizations throughout middle school and high school.

I enjoyed learning how to use simple HTML text to create a great looking web site. I decided in high school that I wanted to go into Software Engineering and to extend my skills to programming software.

I enjoy creating programs that people would use and benefit from.

In addition, I aim to create software projects from the ground up and have control over the function and overall look of the final product.

I believe my major has helped me to accomplish these goals and I am glad that I have chosen it.

I have been a member of the Society of Software Engineers for most of my time here at RIT, and have participated in several activities including rapid development weekends and intramural teams.

When I'm not on the computer, I enjoy gaming, snowboarding in the winter, and traveling.
